| Type: Aliphatic Hydrocarbon/Polychloroprene Rubber | Calculated VOC: 720 g/L |
| State: Liquid | Weight/gallon: 7.4 lbs |
| Color: Light Tan | Flashpoint: >20° F. |
| Solids: 13% | Freeze/thaw stability: Will not freeze |
| Storage life: 12 months in tightly closed containers at 75°F. | Viscosity: 1,400 (cps) |
| Application temperature: 40°F. to 100°F. Service temperatures: -20°F. to 220°F. Method of application: Brush or roller Coverage: 150-200 sq. ft. per gallon on single surface coverage; 75-100 sq. ft. per gallon for bonded surfaces Working time: 2 hours maximum Working surfaces: Surface must be dry and free of any material that may deter adhesion. Cut and fit all materials before applying adhesive. Apply a liberal coat of adhesive to both surfaces. Allow adhesive to dry before bonding surfaces. Position surfaces carefully before assembly because bonding is immediate upon contact. If surfaces do not bond immediately, the adhesive has been allowed to dry too long or not enough cement was used. In either case, repeat application. After assembly, roll with a 3" wide roller. Trim and finish can be started immediately after bonding. Cleanup: Brushes and tools may be cleaned with mineral spirits or equivalent solvent. Follow solvent vendor's precautions when using solvents. NOTE: Test solvent in an out-of-the-way area to make sure it will not mar or attack the surface. |
| Do not use materials made with copper or copper alloys to store or apply Titebond Fast Dry Contact Cement. Do not laminate materials made from copper or copper alloys with this adhesive. Do not use on polystyrene foams. |
